Rooted in the vinyasa style of yoga, Power Flow coordinates breath with movement at a steady pace and builds to challenging postures. Expect creative and energizing flows followed by final relaxation, Savasana, at the end of class. This practice is ideal for those who have a foundational understanding of basic yoga postures and are ready for a vigorous and energizing experience.

Gentle Yoga
Suitable for all levels, Gentle Flow moves at a slower pace and combines breath work with yoga postures to enhance balance, flexibility, and mobility. You will gently engage, open, and strengthen the body by tapping into accessible yoga poses, fluid movement, and breath. Newer students are encouraged to try Gentle Yoga before other class formats. Advanced practitioners can expect a return to the basics and a refinement of their practice.
