  • This combination of Yoga and Pilates is an amazing way to build strength, tone your body, and stretch your muscles. With 30-minute and 60 minute options as well as AC or Hot, feel your best in this perfect mixture of cardio and stretching.

  • Wanting to advance your practice? Power is the perfect class to challenge yourself, try more advanced asanas, and get your heart rate up all while encouraging mind-body connection. Power classes are offered in the AC and the heat, so come get your sweat on at Balancing Breath!
