    Yoga Flow

    Rooted in the vinyasa style of yoga, Yoga Flow syncs yoga postures with your breath, building into a creative and challenging sequence focused on balance, strength, and flexibility.     Gentle Yoga

    Suitable for all levels, Gentle Flow moves at a slower pace and combines breath work with yoga postures to enhance balance, flexibility, and mobility. You will gently engage, open, and strengthen the body by tapping into accessible yoga poses, fluid movement, and breath. Newer students are encouraged to try Gentle Yoga before other class formats. Advanced practitioners can expect a return to the basics and a refinement of their practice.

    Yoga Sculpt

    This combination of Yoga and Pilates is an amazing way to build strength, tone your body, and stretch your muscles. After a dynamic warm-up, use weights or other props to challenge your strength, endurance, and flexibility. Expect fun music and high energy throughout class.

    Power Yoga

    Recommended for intermediate yoga practitioners, Power Flows are intense, strength-building, and dynamic full-body experiences designed to build focus, endurance, and flexibility. Rooted in the vinyasa style of yoga, Power Flow coordinates breath with movement at a steady pace and builds to challenging postures. Expect creative and energizing flows followed by final relaxation, Savasana, at the end of class. This practice is ideal for those who have a foundational understanding of basic yoga postures and are ready for a vigorous and energizing experience.

    Restorative Yoga

    Suitable for all levels, Restorative Yoga uses props to support the body in comfortable and relaxed poses to promote health, well-being, and relaxation. Restorative Yoga has endless benefits including muscle relaxation, improved health, boosted immune system, improved sleep, and a lower heart rate. Explore the power of rest and stillness.

  • Mat Pilates

    Sweat, sculpt, and strengthen in this class focused on core moves, total-body toning, and a deep stretch- all in one fiery workout.

    Led by Laura, immerse yourself in a soothing landscape of sound. In this deeply relaxing workshop, you'll rest comfortably as waves of sound wash over you. The vibrations help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite a meditative state of deep rest and renewal. No movement or experience is required. Simply come as you are, and let the sound guide you into stillness, clarity, and peace.

    Body Rolling

    Taught by Silke, body rolling is a great workshop for beginners or for anyone looking to release tension, improve alignment, and feel more freedom in your body. Using specialized balls to stimulate bone and release fascia, you’ll gently decompress joints, lengthen muscles, and increase circulation, all while tuning into your body’s natural intelligence.
