Meet Steph

With over 20 years of dedicated practice, Steph’s journey into yoga began as a quest for inner peace and has since blossomed into a passion for guiding others through gentle movement and breath work. Steph’s deep connection with yoga intensified in 2017 when managing chronic illness became a daily challenge. Through her yin practice, she found solace and strength, leading her to complete her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification in 2019. Her classes are a blend of wisdom, compassion, and a commitment to making yoga accessible to all.

Beyond her yoga journey, Steph holds a PhD in English and teaches literature and creative writing at the University of Alabama. She’s currently pursuing studies in library science and book arts, enriching her teaching with a diverse range of insights.
